At the Loomis Racquet Academy, campers will have the opportunity to learn and have fun in a structured yet nurturing environment. The tennis instruction will be grounded in the fundamentals, but with an individualized approach so that each camper is challenged and can improve their specific needs.

In the morning, the class will be divided in groups and we will cover a variety of strokes and proper technique or add a dimension to a certain shot. After a fitness program and a lunch break, campers will play matches under the watchful tutelage of the coaches. We have an array of learning aides for beginner players as well as video analysis for the higher level. An athletic trainer will be on site to help with water, ice, and medical needs.

Going into our 3rd year, we're very enthusiastic to maintain the high standard of teaching and individual attention that has been a cornerstone of our philosophy. Plus, we will continue to offer everyone an hour in the afternoon to learn and participate with other racquet sports, swim in the pool, or continue to play tennis. We are the only comprehensive racquet sports camp in the Philadelphia area and with all of the fun evening activities and the always-entertaining awards ceremony, the Loomis Racquet Academy will be an enriching week for kids of all ages.
